The Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network strives to deliver accessible, caring, and responsive support services to individuals and families coping with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and emotional conflict.

The Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network does not discriminate based on a person’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or inability to pay. The Center serves the service area of the following six Central Texas counties:

Heart of Texas Region Behavioral Health Network (formerly Heart of Texas Region MHMR Center) is proud to provide a very competitive benefits package for their employees. We strive to maintain a work environment that provides flexibility in not only the services we provide for our clients but in providing a work/life balance for our employees. Our benefits extend to our part-time employees who are regularly scheduled 30 or more hours per week.

We offer a dual-option health plan in which the Center strives to provide a zero-cost option to our employees. We also offer a zero-cost option in our dental plans. With an overloaded life schedule, Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network (HOTBHN) provides an excellent paid leave plan in which you gain leave accruals at the start of employment and can carry over a great portion of your unused leave from year to year. We also provide 10 paid holidays a year. Beginning several years ago and still today, Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network (HOTBHN) invests in our employees not only for today, but for years to come. The retirement program (401-k) is a voluntary program offering a generous agency match to the employee's contribution. The Center also provides a wide variety of optional benefits designed to give you peace of mind when looking at rising healthcare costs and disability insurance. We would love to provide you with greater details on any of our benefits. Give us a call today at (254) 752-3451.
