Description:
HOTI stands for Helping Others Take Initiative. HOTI - Day Habilitation provides day habilitation, vocational training through contract with another provider, job placement, and employment opportunities for individuals with mental retardation.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Services Provided:
Life skills training, supported employment, job coaching, job development, job placement, contracted vocational training, and day habilitation.
Eligibility:
Adults aged 18 or older with mental retardation
Method of Payment:
Sliding Ability to Pay Scale-*Self Pay, Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance
*Cash, Check, Master Card or Visa accepted
