Assists individuals with mental disabilities to choose, obtain and maintain competitive employment.

Eligibility:
Adults, 18 and older, who evidence or are at risk of a severe and persistent mental disorder.
Mental Health Intake/Admissions
The Admissions Unit in each county serves as point of first contact for persons seeking adult mental health services. Persons with mental health concerns or needs who request services are encouraged to call or may be seen at our Center to discuss those matters privately. Our qualified personnel will provide you with information about treatment resources in the community or within the HOTRMHMR system if eligible for those services. The Admissions Unit in each county may also assist you in times of crisis by serving to coordinate crisis services when needed. Walk-in Crisis Services are office-based outpatient services providing immediate screening and assessment and brief, intensive interventions focused on resolving a crisis and preventing admission to a more intensive level of care.

Offers psychiatric evaluations, medication, mental status monitoring and emergency screenings.

- Inpatient Hospitalization (via contract with DePaul Center)

Adults and Children who evidence or are at risk of a severe and persistent mental or emotional disorder. Including persons with dual diagnosis of mental illness and mental retardation.

Mental Health Outpatient
Therapeutic and counseling services for adults with severe and persistent mental disorders.

Mental Health Case Management
Assist individuals with achieving a quality of life and participation in the community by providing needed services and developing natural support systems.

- Monitoring of Psychological Status
- Planning, Coordination and Monitoring of Provider Services
- Other services as needed, include:
- Assertive Community Treatment (Intensive Case Management)

- Co-occuring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Adults with severe and persistent mental disorders with multiple needs that require additional supports to live in the community.
Urgent Care Center (McLennan County Only)
The Urgent Care Center is a program designed to provide intensive treatment services to active MHMR consumers in all six counties served, who are in a crisis and need additional support services to avoid inpatient hospitalization or reduce the time spent in the hospital.

Adults, 18 and older, who are active consumers of the Center, that are experiencing a situational crisis.
