Assists individuals with mental disabilities to choose, obtain and maintain competitive employment.

Eligibility:
Adults, 18 and older, who evidence or are at risk of a severe and persistent mental disorder.
Mental Health Intake/Admissions
Serves as point of first contact for persons seeking adult mental health services. Provides and coordinates initial assessments, crisis intervention and information/referral services.

- Information and Referral
Eligibility:
Adults, 18 and older, who evidence or are at risk of a severe and persistent mental disorder.
MHMR Psychiatric Services
Offers psychiatric evaluations, medication, mental status monitoring and emergency screenings.
Services Provided:
- Psychiatric Evaluations
- Medication Maintenance
- Crisis Screening, Intervention and Stabilization
- Inpatient Hospitalization (via contract with DePaul Center)
- Pharmacy and Lab Services
- Nursing Services
- Family and Consumer Education
Adults and Children who evidence or are at risk of a severe and persistent mental or emotional disorder. Including persons with dual diagnosis of mental illness and mental retardation.
Mental Health Outpatient
Therapeutic and counseling services for adults with severe and persistent mental disorders.

- Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services
- Skills Training and Development
- Crisis Intervention and Brief Therapy
- Group and Individual Counseling
- Family Education and Counseling
- Psychotherapy
- Discharge Planning
Eligibility:
Adults, 18 and older, who evidence or are at risk of a severe and persistent mental disorder.
Mental Health Case Management
Assist individuals with achieving a quality of life and participation in the community by providing needed services and developing natural support systems.
Services Provided:
- Assessment
- Crisis Intervention
- Monitoring of Psychological Status
- Planning, Coordination and Monitoring of Provider Services
- Other services as needed, include:
- Assertive Community Treatment (Intensive Case Management)
- Supported Housing
- Psychosocial Rehabilitation Training
- Co-occuring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorder Treatment
- Patient Family Education Program
- Skills Training
Adults with severe and persistent mental disorders with multiple needs that require additional supports to live in the community.
